I can't log into Knowledge
Link using my PennKey.
Go to the PennKey
site and the Test Your PennKey link to verify your
PennKey and Password. If you were successfully authenticated,
then contact the Knowledge Link administrator to verify
that you are active in they system. |
|
I can log into Knowledge Link
just fine, but can't see the training I need to complete.
First make sure your training isn't in another role (such
as Manager or Nurse). If you still can't find the training,
then contact the Knowledge Link administrator. |
|
I see my training but it won't
load properly in order for me to view it.
First check to see if you meet all the minimum
requirements necessary to view training within Knowledge
Link. Please make sure you have the most current version
of plug-ins (such as Flash Player and Java Virtual Machine).
If you continue to have problems, contact the Knowledge
Link administrator. |
|
I know that I am not meeting
minimum requirements and I need to upgrade my technology.
If you are at work and using a Health System owned computer,
make a ticket request at the IS Help Desk. |
|
I can view my training fine
but I have a question about the content or nature of the
training.
You may contact the Knowledge Link administrator who
can direct you to the owner of that specific training.
If you know that your training is owned by the School
of Medicine you may contact them at (215) 573-0693.
