How
do I take a Course with multiple Lessons?
We have worked hard to integrate the module and assessment
of several web based training. We are no longer using
the layout of the module and assessment wrapped together
as a Package. Now you have one Course. When the Course
is launched you will be presented with a Course Menu of
multiple Lessons. You have to complete all Lessons in
order for the one Course to register as complete. |

I have attempted to start my
course but when it launches into a new window I get a white
blank screen. What's missing?
If the content of your training fails to successfully
launch in a new window showing nothing more than a white
screen, then the computer you are using does not have
the Flash player installed. Please refer
to our Minimum Requirements page
to proceed with the download of that Plug-in. |

If your training fails to successfully launch in a new
window, then you might have a Pop-Up Blocker enabled.
That functionality (though useful) can prohibit
your training from executing properly. You need to find
the blocker icon on your browser and disable that functionality
before starting your training. If you cannot located a similar
icon as pictured, then you may need to look under your Tools menu.
